What we do

Insurance Quote Market is a free service that connects consumers with insurance companies, agents and other marketing partners. We are not an insurance company, agent or broker. We do not provide quotes, bind coverage, or recommend any insurer or policy. Any quote, policy or purchase is between you and the insurer or agent.

Your information and consent to be contacted

You agree to give accurate information about yourself and only your own. By submitting a quote request you give the consent shown on the form, including consent for our partners to contact you by phone, text and email, possibly using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can revoke it at any time as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Electronic signatures and records

You agree that we may give you disclosures and records electronically, and that clicking the button to submit a quote request, or otherwise agreeing on this site, is your electronic signature with the same effect as a handwritten one, under the federal E-SIGN Act and state law. You can print or save any page of the site, including the consent shown on the quote form, for your records, or ask us for a copy at support@insurancequotemarket.com. You can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time as described above; withdrawing doesn’t affect contacts already made.

No guarantee

We don’t guarantee that you will receive a quote, that any quote will be lower than what you pay now, or that you will be approved for coverage. Not all insurers or offers are available through our network.

Acceptable use

Don’t submit false information or information about someone else, interfere with the site, or use automated means to access it.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts of insurers, agents or other partners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
